They can have feelings even if they are married or engaged..havent you heard of stories where people break up their marriage/engagements etc because they like someone else ?
true these stories are not too common but they do happen.
As i said earlier having feelings for the opposite gender is natural & thats the way we were created .
you will have no feelings if you dislike a person & if you dislike a person then obviously you wont be friends with that person.
