The one in those pics above, isn't the original recipe - this jelly, red stuff (rooh afza or whatever) & any kinda strong smell shouldn't be added.
Gul's recipe is close to the original one (but without rooh afza). I don't know how do they make sawwaiyaaN in Lahore but those aren't like traditional eid sawwaiyaaN that we use (like Ahmed's). But again, its the closest one can get so I'll try Gul's recipe. | | |
