Both.... when someone gives me and I receive it


Well both give me pleasure. Sharing gifts, helping each other, etc.. it all gives sense of happiness and satisfaction and sometimes a sense of accomplishment as well.
and yea I agree with Gul - it also depends such as who are you sharing it with, what kinda benefit you get while receiving some help or what kinda benefit you provide while helping someone etc. etc.
