^ jee mai ney dhoonda tha. aap kay nakhray hi bohat hain

dairy products help in both ways i.e. losing or gaining weight. so consume dairy products but keep up with excercise - don't have to run 10 miles a day but some brisk walk for 20-30 mins a day 3-4 times a week will help with the tummy.

^ In this case, just walk inside your house for about 15-20 minutes everyday after dinner. But don't walk fast after eating.
I'm sure there is a Hadith on 'walk after dinner' too but I can't recall it.
