Ultee Khopree

This is verse from Quran meaning " This is because of blessing of Allah".
In Pakistan corrupt government officers , black marketers , tax evaders , smugglers all have this Quranic verse painted in front of their home.
They are trying to say that their corruption has nothing to do with their wealth and prosperity . It is because Allah is happy with them.
They do not fear Allah because they think that because of this Quranic verse they are saved from all evils.
I wonder what will happen to them on judgment day ? Will their "haza min fazr a rabbi " save them from hell fine ?
