Yeah pretty cool concept - but most likey not the main reason.

BTW the ring finger is the the one where biggest artery from the heart is coming into your hard's extremities. I always thought that was the reason.

Yeah,i too believed that was the reason.Why wedding ring is worn on 4th finger because,it's something about the vein in the fourth finger that is believed to be directly connected to the heart,and heart = Love.
