When we get angry, who remembers to follow the steps such as, take deep breath, leave the room, sit down, drink water, etc etc...
It seems like at that time, the brain stops working properly and all we do is, blah blah blah.... blah.

How to handle the situation? (how to keep the brain cells working properly). Answer based on Islamic studies. Thanks.

I recently got very angry at someone. I know my behavior was triggered by some of the actions of the other person. and that person is at fault in that regards.
But still I shouldn't have behaved the way, I did. Why lower own standard because of someone else'e actions. and why let others control us.

So thats why I want to control my anger in timely manner i.e. before I do anything stupid. It seems right at that time, its not easy. How to do??
