It has become a dilemma, quite really. PCB now considers Ireland and Scotland, what happened to Dubai/Abu Dhabi? I was under the impression that PCB will have all home series set for either or both of those places. What's the real reason of considering Ireland and Scotland, granted that they could potentially be less costly?
