pooray week main, main different nashta kartee hoon

Monday: glass of milk and makhan lagay paapay
Tuesday: glass of milk with meetha paratha
Wednesday: cereal ( my fav one is Fruit loops and fruity pebbles and also Frosted flakes)
Thursday: Sawaiyyan with doodh
Friday: omelete sandwich
Saturday: Paratha and yogurt
Sunday: Aaloo poori
