yo.. I would say I didnt know about Qatlama (or qatlamba) until my cousin introduced to me.. made in Lahore and punjab (maybe) but its like a big poori (halwa poori) with some spices and sauce on the top and fried in a big wide tawa/jalebi pan..!

They sell it in androon Lahore mostly with some special flavourings........ can you recall those taangay etc

^ I've no clue how they make it.... its kinda like a huge poori (thicker than poori though) made of All-Purpose Flour. They sprinkle some spices, herbs, some yellow lentil etc. I'm not sure but I think they deep fry it then.
