When we get angry, who remembers to follow the steps such as, take deep breath, leave the room, sit down, drink water, etc etc...
It seems like at that time, the brain stops working properly and all we do is, blah blah blah.... blah.

How to handle the situation? (how to keep the brain cells working properly). Answer based on Islamic studies. Thanks.
