Tech: press any key
client: where is any key?

Tech: go to ww......support.com
Client: how?
Tech: go to internet
Client: how?
Tech: do you see an icon - blue "e" on your desktop that says, "internet explorer"
Client: No (and at this point, he is frustrated

)
and btw the client is a highly educated personnel - he just doesn't know his computers
and there're many more.... I just have to recall
