| One very religious scholar told me that if you are Muslim and you are fulfilling your mandatory obligations, like Namaaz , Roza , Hajj , Zakaat , and you do not cheat or lie and your income is halal and pure then all of your acts are Abaadat. Your sleep , your walk in the park , your hours of work , your hours of rest all are counted as abaadaat.
